Robert Lambe FCIOB
Managing Director
Rob, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, has many years’ experience of working at a senior executive level within the construction sector. He is actively involved in shaping our industry, as a member of the Green Construction Board, Director and Treasurer of the Aldersgate Group, Member of CIOB Education, Qualifications, Standards and Practice Board and former chair of the Build UK Environmental Leadership Group.
Rob was awarded the Business Green Leaders ‘sustainability executive of the year 2016'
Richard Partington
Design Champion
Founder of Studio Partington, Richard has expertise in low-energy design through research projects, urban planning and architecture. Recent work includes the widely-published and multi-award winning Derwenthorpe project in York for the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust; a headquarters and housing centre for Greenfields Community Housing; and a series of best practice guides for the NHBC Foundation.
Richard was architect advisor to the Zero Carbon Hub and notably co-chaired the Hub's 'Design vs As-Built' steering group, set up to investigate the performance gap.
Jonathon Porritt
Sustainability Advisor
Jonathon is an eminent writer, broadcaster and commentator on sustainable development. President of The Conservation Volunteers, a Trustee of the Ashden Awards for Sustainable Energy, a Director of Collectively, and is involved in the work of many NGOs and charities as Patron, Chair or Special Adviser. In academia, Jonathon was installed as the Chancellor of Keele University in February 2012 and is also Visiting Professor at Loughborough University and at UCL.
Jonathon received a CBE in 2000 for services to environmental protection.
