NCH2050 Homes Nottingham

Energiesprong Retrofit of 155 occupied homes. 

The Nottingham City Homes NCH2050 Homes project received funding from the European Union’s Interreg NWE programme and the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.

Derwent Way housing redevelopment for Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust

Derwenthorpe, an award-winning development in York is the outcome of a long-term vision, conceived and sustained by the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust.

Melius Homes was proud to deliver this scheme of new high-quality, low-energy homes built in factory conditions using structural timber cassettes. Each home was assembled on site within three days.
