Melius Homes has successfully secured a place on this £3.2bn framework run by the social housing consortium, Efficiency North. Melius Homes has been appointed for Whole House Retrofit, Renewable Heating & Ventilation Works, Heating Installation and Gas Servicing, Solar PV, and Voids Refurbishment Works across the East Midlands.
Fusion21 Decarbonisation framework
Melius Homes was awarded membership of this framework in January 2022. The registration runs until January 2026. Fusion21 is a social enterprise specialising in efficient and impactful public sector procurement through a framework approach with social value at its heart.
Procure Plus framework
Melius Homes has successfully secured a place on the Procure Plus framework for the installation of low and zero carbon technologies including air source and ground heat pumps.
New build offsite manufacture & construction housing framework award
Melius Homes has secured a four-year contract under the Procure Plus framework for projects covering the design, off-site manufacture and construction of housing.
The contract runs from November 2020 to November 2024. Find out more
